Water aerobics helps strengthen muscles while reducing the burden on stress-bearing joints and muscles. Great for all ages. Learn To Swim
Learn To Swim lessons are part of LSSU’s commitment to reach into our local community by providing low cost swim lessons. Learn to Swim lessons are designed for children ages 5+, and children will be separated into groups based on ability level. Swim lessons are overseen by our facility director Steve Habusta, a high school swim coach with over 20 years of aquatic programming and lesson experience. Junior Lifeguarding is a perfect opportunity for you 12-15 year old to gain some real life saving skills and get a head start for future employment and career opportunities. Participants will learn the very tools lifeguards use and even some lifeguard fitness too! Click here to register!
US Masters Swimming
Adults 18+ have the opportunity to swim with other adults as part of the Us Masters Swim Program. This program is perfect for adults with a competitive swimming background, adults who want to learn more about the sport of competitive swimming or adults training for triathlons. Aqua-Tots is a unique swim lesson experience for children birth to 5 years old and an adult family member. Infants and toddlers will gain experience and comfort in the water while adults will have an opportunity to bond with their child while learning techniques to help them in the water.
