WHY DID YOU CHOOSE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS?
I chose International Business to get a global perspective on business and for the flexibility it provided. I know I can apply it in a lot of different directions and have a plan going forward.

I came to LSSU because of the many field experience opportunities available to students, which is so rare for an undergraduate program. Lake State gave me valuable experience, which was essential to landing that first real job.
I chose marketing because of its diverse field of work. I can work as a researcher, salesperson, creator, or designer. My degree won’t hold me back in any field I choose.
I was drawn to accounting because it is logical, methodical, and consistent. I also enjoy the level of detail it requires and the challenge it presents. It is a stable field with plenty of jobs and generous pay, and our accounting professors at LSSU are great!

I picked LSSU for the small class sizes and beautiful outdoors all around. Having the ability to decide my own hours as well as the thought of running a business I have passion for is why I chose my major.
I chose Business Management after having the privilege to manage a local business for two summers. I loved the difference I could make in others lives, and how I could help them to reach their full potential and inspire them to do better.
Professors bring in a real world perspective allowing me to apply concepts learned in class to my personal life.
The small campus atmosphere and small class sizes help make learning more personal.
