There are many reasons for considering a career in teaching. Individuals often mention the desire to work with our nation’s most valuable resource—our children. After our own parents, few people make more of a difference in our intellectual growth and development than our teachers.
Note for Ontario residents: We are pleased to have helped many Ontario students reach their goal of becoming an elementary or secondary teacher. Many students even complete some early coursework at an Ontario school such as Sault College or Algoma. The single most important factor is to receive early advising to ensure that courses completed at other institutions will meet the program requirements of our Michigan approved program.
