You must complete the BYU registration BEFORE proceeding with the LSSU registration.

If you have not done so, you can visit the BYU FLATS website to begin the registration process.

Most exams will be given via an online format however, there are a few exams that are paper only.

You will need to call BYU to order written exams (801) 422-3512. Allow AT LEAST 2 weeks for BYU to mail your paper exams to the University Testing Center.

The TEAS exam costs $75 and can be paid by cash or check at the time of the appointment. You MUST register for an ATI student account prior to your exam.

We reserve the right to deny your request in the absence of your professor's approval or if we do not have the space or personnel available to proctor your exam.
