This complex is comprised of Moloney and Neveu Halls containing co-ed by unit apartments. The apartments house single students who have been out of high school for more than 27 months. A premium is charged for all one-bedroom residents.
Neveu contains one-bedroom apartments available for single or double occupancy. Moloney Hall has one, two, and three-bedroom units that hold up to six students.

The apartments are staffed by two Resident Advisors (RAs). The staff’s main goals are to provide the residents with valuable information, create a positive community through educational programming, maintain a safe and high-quality living environment and serve as a resource whenever a student has a question or concern. The Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC) office is located in the Campus Life Office, Cisler 125.
Located on the north side of campus are the Townhouses. They also enjoy the Sault’s best view of the Soo Locks and the International Bridge, which connects the United States and Canada.
The Townhouses consist of thirty units containing two bedrooms and one bath each. Each unit can house four individuals.
