Our “Laker on the Spot” option is available during regularly scheduled campus tours (Monday–Friday at 9:30 AM, 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM) and at Laker Preview events. Follow the three steps below and you could leave campus as an admitted Laker.
Review the freshman or transfer admissions requirements and complete the online application ahead of time if possible. There is no application fee! If time allows, applications can also be submitted before or after your campus tour.
Mail your documents to LSSU Admissions, 650 W. Easterday Ave., Sault Ste. Marie, MI 49783, or bring them with you on tour day.
Freshmen: Unofficial high school transcripts can be used for an admission decision. Official transcripts will be required later.
Transfer: Unofficial college transcripts can be used for an admission decision. Official transcripts will be required later.
At the end of your tour or Laker Preview Day, admissions staff will share your admissions status and answer your questions about next steps.
