Join Dr. Anton Treuer at an inspiring community presentation on what it means to thrive in Ojibwe Country. Drawing from language, history, and lived experience, Dr. Treuer explores powerful pathways to healing, cultural revitalization, and identity in today’s world. His talk will weave together stories of resilience, belonging, and Indigenous success—offering insight not only for Native communities but for anyone seeking connection and purpose. Dr. Treuer’s talk will be followed by Q&A and a book signing.

Anton Treuer (pronounced troy-er) is Professor of Ojibwe at Bemidji State University and author of many books. He is building an Ojibwe teacher training program at Bemidji State University and his equity, education, and cultural work has put him on a path of service around the nation and the world.
