365 Education—a powerful suite of tools designed to support learning, collaboration,
and productivity.
What’s Included in Microsoft 365
Students have access to the Microsoft 365 A3 plan, which includes:
- Web-based and App versions of:
- Clipchamp
- Connections
- Excel
- Lists
- Loop
- OneDrive – 1TB of storage
- OneNote
- PowerPoint
- Project
- Reading Coach
- Stream
- Visio
- Word
These tools are accessible from any device with an internet connection.
How to Sign In
To access your Microsoft 365 account:
- Visit https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
- Enter your LSSU email address (for example: [email protected]).
- Enter your LSSU password (the same password you use to sign in to campus computers).
- Follow the prompts to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), if required.
To Install Microsoft 365 Apps for Windows
- Click Install apps in the upper-right corner.
- Select Microsoft 365 apps from the menu.
- A new page will open. Under Office apps & devices, click Install Office.
- A file named OfficeSetup.exe will be downloaded.
- Open your Downloads folder and run OfficeSetup.exe.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the installation.
To Activate Microsoft 365 Apps
- Open an Office application such as Word or Excel.
- Sign in using your LSSU email address and password when prompted.
- When asked whether to sign in to all apps and websites on this device, select “No, this app only.”
