Accident and Injury Reporting
Workers’ Compensation is a statutory benefit governed by the laws of the State of Michigan to provide wage replacement due to job-related injuries or death. The University, in accordance with the State of Michigan Disability Compensation Act, provides “Workers’ Compensation benefits” if an employee is injured in the course of employment.
