Graphics Request Form

In need of a flyer, logo, branded item, or other piece of design? We can help bring your ideas to life! Submit your request using the form below. For full design projects, we recommend submitting at least six weeks in advance to allow time for drafting, review, and production. Requests for simpler items like photocopies generally need three business days. We will follow up to clarify any details and ensure we have everything we need to deliver your project.

  • Photos: 300 dpi preferred

Payment and FOAPAL

All graphics services are charged to departmental FOAPAL accounts. Marketing handles upfront expenses with vendors or materials and reconciles charges on a monthly basis. For items produced internally, a cost guide is available, contact the Marketing team with questions. Please ensure your FOAPAL information is included so your request can be processed effectively.
